Dmytro

Hi, I'm Dmitry Fesenko.

I run AdTribe, a performance marketing agency, and Haven, where we help agencies and tech companies hire elite media buyers from Europe.

How it all Started

  • I started my first agency, AdTribe, eight years ago. Since then we've managed $100M+ in ad spend, hired 50+ media buyers, and helped hundreds of businesses grow through paid media.
  • Along the way we noticed something interesting. Some of the best media buyers we hired weren't in the US. They were in Eastern Europe. So a few years ago I started Haven, where we help agencies and marketing teams hire elite media buyers from that same network.
  • This newsletter is where I share what I'm learning while building both companies. The wins, the mistakes, the experiments, and the operational chaos in between.
